Single, semi-retired gentleman seeks apartment/condo type rental for the LOW SEASON summer months, beginning about 4/15 or 5/1 through the following September. Must be MONTHLY, NOT DAILY RATE and, while it doesn't need to be fancy, would like it to be quiet.

Travel w/laptop so looking for proximity of cyber cafe to plug in.
