Were leaving tomorrow, does anyone know if they have irons in the room or hairdryers??? Do they supply the shampoo samples? Just wondered, if not I have more stuff to bring along.

Deb - dont know about the iron question (why dont you give them a call?). Unit we had did have hair dryer and those shampoo etc. samples.
BTW if the water in the toilet looks a little funky even after flushing, it uses non-potable recycled gray water.
Thanks for that information. I can live without the iron, but not my cocktail shaker!!!

All the units I have stayed in had irons
Our room had both a hair dryer and an iron. All rooms are supposed to have a dishwasher and a CD player (not that big a deal though). Ours did not. I guess since these units are individually owned, the furnishings/equipment differ from one room to the next.

Make sure you bring all your own toiletres.
they DO give shampoo and conditioner and soap and creme etc..in the bathroom both times i was there this past year....
also had both iron and hairdryer and also cd and dishwasher.....

As days draw near, the excitement is building. We can't wait for our "1st" stay at Secret Harbour!

They have coffe makers but you need your own coffee also..Just FYI!
I don't know where you heard about the dishwasher deal, but very few units have them.

The wife told me she thought the rooms were supposed to have dishwashers. She may have got that from one of many web sites she visited promoting Secret Harbour and/or she may have got that from our travel agent. As I stated, we did not have have one in our room and it wasn't a problem (at least for me cause I don't remember doing any dishes). Secret Harbour did advertise CD players in each room (and still does) but our room did not have one. So I lugged a bunch of CDs down to STT for nothing. No big deal. I wasn't going to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Had a blast! Loved Secret Harbour and I would recommend it to anyone.
