Want to go to the Secret Harbor beach. Does anyone know if they rent snorkel gear there? Also, how long a taxi ride from the cruise ship dock? Thanks for any help.

Yes, there's a dive shop on site, Aqua Action, which rents out snorkel gear and also beach chairs (those on the beach are strictly reserved for resort guests). Taxi fare from either port facility is around $15 per person each way and is about s 15-20 minute ride depending on time of day, traffic, etc.. Enjoy your day!

Thanks so much. $15 per person? We have 4 going, so that seems kinda high but what the hell, we are on vacation! Thanks again.

It may be a dollar or two less than that but figuring in tips as well, just estimate that for your budget purposes!

Airport to Red Hook is posted @ $15/pp. Considering that Secret Harbor is so close to Red Hook $15 would be a good estimate.

Is there a ferry that goes between the Cruise ship dock and RedHook?

No, and that would take far longer because once in RedHook you are still going to need to catch a cab over to Secret Harbor. I supose you could get a water taxi, but that is going to be far more expensive.
