What are the best beaches to go to on STT, I have been to all the "high traffic" beaches....looking for white sand, quiet, but also with road access.

The beach gobucs is talking about is accessed off route 33, West of 4 corners and West of restaurant Thirteen. There is a pirate flag at the head of the road. This road is dirt and you must have 4wd to go down..... long and twisty. There are some old ruins down there. During the week, there is rarely anyone and weekends are still pretty quiet. Some people do not feel comfortable, but it is a nice spot.

Here is a link that Bluwater wrote when she came down 3 years ago. This will tell you more about this beach.
