Has anyone rented a villa from this company? If so, what was your experience? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Yes, we just returned and rented through Seaview. They were there to meet us at the ferry and escort us to the Jeep rental and then to our Villa for an orientation. This person was not Nanci, but someone who works for her. She was great.

That was our only contact with them until the night before we were leaving and I called to get instructions about the Villa key. I spoke with Nanci and she couldn't believe that we hadn't called her the entire 10 days needing something. She thought we should get an award for the lowest maintenance renters! Apparently she had been very busy with others during the hjoliday weeks.

We rented Grandview. Location was great and it was charming, not luxurious, but perfect for us.

I also rented through Seaview about a year ago. Nanci's husband met us at the dock and helped us get acquainted. The villa we rented was Seaview. Had a great time. Would definitely use them again.

Hi Cathy,
I was considering Seaview for our next holiday(november or december).
Could you please tell me something more about this house?
Is it quite new and in good condition?
How far from Cruz Bay by car?
We have a 3yrs. old child, do you think it is child friendly?
Thank you for your help.

We rented this villa about three years ago when our children were 7 and 3. It worked well as we could watch them in the pool from all over the inside of the house, but I do recall that the pool had a deep-ish end, so we just kept the youngest in a swim vest all the time (needed it for the beach too). My in-laws stayed downstairs in the suite underneath (literally!) the pool and it kind of creeped them out that they were sleeping underneath all that water. Overall the house was perfect for us (AC in the bedrooms) and a wonderful view over the treetops W/ lots of iguanas to watch. We grilled many delicious sunset dinners on the patio. The house was well-kept, but not new (the washer and dryer were downstairs and outside). We always try some place new every time we go as there are so many to choose from. Hope that helps some. Oh, and a 5 min. drive to Cruz Bay. Heading out of town on the main road, it's just past the dumpster on the left!

I enjoyed Seaview and I think it is child friendly. I loved how open the floor plan was and the pool is right out the sliding doors. I don't know how old the house is but it was in good condition. There are two bedrooms on the first floor which were fine. The kids (late teens) slept in the two bedrooms downstairs but my daughter was a little nervous about sleeping under a pool. It's not too far from Cruz Bay and easy for taxis if needed. The kids took a taxi home after a night of bar hopping in Cruz Bay. I would stay at Seaview again but I also like to try different places. Enjoy yourself!!!
