I am guessing you did find VRBO 23628 and the info there -- it is in Cowpet Bay a condo in an Apt. like building - top floor - 2Bdr 2Ba - not really a villa in the stand alone villa concept - Part of a much larger complex of Cowpet East, West and Elysian Resort -- I would contact the owner and ask for referrals if you can't get a review or response.

If you're talking about this seaspray villa ( http://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p188911 ), then I can definitely recommend it. My friend and I have stayed at Cowpet bay 3 or 4 times because we like the proximity to Red Hook, and this place was the nicest and cleanest of them all. Good location, and the bed in the master bedroom was absolutely AMAZING! The people who I talked to (not sure if it was the owner or the property manager) were really nice and easy to talk to as well. I always recommend people I know to stay at vacation rental properties over hotels because, in my opinion, the experience is MUCH better. If I had to rate the place, location, amenities, etc, I’d easily give it a 9/10.
