I have rental guests heading over to STJ for the day and asking for recommendation for seafood restaurant. Assume lunchtime as they'll have to make sure they get back to Crown Bay to catch Water Island ferry home. Anyone have any recommendations for good seafood restaurant on STJ for lunch?

While I'm not completely sure of the definition of "good", my wife and I absolutely LOVE having the Fresh Fish Sandwich Platter and a few frozen drinks at Woody's Seafood Saloon for lunch. That offering is typically Mahi Mahi. I like it blackened. If they have Grouper, well... heaven!

A couple more suggestions...
La Plancha del Mar in Mongoose Junction &
Spyglass in Wharfside, next to ferry dock.

Or when they come back to Red Hook, Fish Tails has a nice selection of fresh fish daily with a choice of grilled, blackened, fried.

Hope that helps!

I would also recommend Fish Tales in Red Hook and Spyglass in Cruz Bay. Enjoyed both very much last time I was staying in the East End of STT.
