What time is the parade on Sat? Will we have trouble getting through STT from the airport to Red Hook about 2:30 or 3:00?
If you are driving, the traffic is going to be tough trying to through town. Take a taxi and he will take you over the back way ..... if you are driving the LOOONG way but probably the fastest way is the go towards town from the airport and turn left on Highway 33 (by Misky Center) Follow 33 on around to Four Corners where is connects with Highway 40. Stay on this road until it dead ends then take a left on Highway 38 and follow it on into Red Hook. It is the scenic route but better than sitting in traffic. It took me a solid hour to move through downtown at 4:00 yesterday and it was just Food Fair. The parade is going to cause more slowdowns. Once you are across town the traffic will be fine.
