Does anyone on here own or rent at Sapphire House? I wonder if it is safe and well cared for. I looked at a studio there last week and the monthly fees are much cheaper than many other condos on the island AND they allow pets. Thanks for any feedback.

I know some people that rented there and they didn't complain. It is an older property and has no view but as far as I know can work fine for a long term rental.

Not as well maintained.
Affordable.
