Hi everyone

I have a reservation at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina for late March. I have read so many mixed reviews on this place. The biggest thing I am concerned with is tons of cockroaches- I can deal with a few here and there (it goes with the islands) but am I going to be invaded by them at this place?

Has anyone been there recently? What is the deal with the restaurant & bar? Any feedback would be very much appreciated!

Thanks!
Christie

OMG the worst the place is practically closed and should be. It is disgusting and unsafe. Visit at your own risk. Lousy beach, lousy all around

jgc.....are you talking about Sapphire Beach/Marina/Village? A lousy beach? You have to be kidding me.

Maybe you should back up your post.

Do you have access to Sapphire Beach if you are not renting a condo there?

It is an absolutely beautiful beach. No access problems. Sun , shade and snorkeling all in one place and a Sunday beach Party that is a social event not to be missed.

Just drive in, check in with security and park for beach access. Anybody can go and it's worth it.
