We're arriving in St. Thomas next week and staying at Sapphire Beach. Does anyone know if the pool bar is still boarded up? Is there anyplace for libations at the beach. I'm a returning former resident of St. Kitts Building who taught at Nazareth in the mid-70's. Any help would be appreciated.

The pool bar is not open.

They do serve drinks between building B-C.

I would suggest that you just buy your own and make your own for the beach. It can get kind of expensive.

There is very little at Sapphire Resort. Hopefully they will get there act together and some day things will be back.

There are two places to get drinks and limited food. The bananna cabana is between b and c buildings. There is also a local stad by the end of Sapphire Resort, in front of Crystal Cove.

I would count on going to Red Hook if you are a big drinker and eater.

Also, I would go to TuTu to get what you need . Plaza Extra or K mart. If you want a lot of things then Cost you less.
