Is it listed on www.vrbo.com? Take a look and, if it is, there will be contact information right there.

I'd help you out, but this owner doesn't even put his contact info on the owner's website. Good luck.

Are you referring to the corner unit overlooking the marina, the 2 story unit? If so, it is VRBO.com #169596

Which is the best building in this complex? Or are they all very similar? We're looking for something right on the beach.

Bldg's A,B,and C are on the Beach where most of if not all of the swimming occurs. There is a reef in front of B & C however to the left of it is where the sandy portion is. Bldg's D& E also have beach in front but the area is sort of rocky but you could still swim and snorkel there, it's just the other side is preferable for that. Bldg F does not have beach "front" and overlooks the marina. All buildings even D,E, & F are only a minute or two walk to the water/swimming beach. The reef area is often tread upon by the unknowing. It looks like a rocky area do in large part to those who walk on it however if you snorkel over some of the more shallow areas you can see where the life is trying to return if only people would be stay the heck off it. I really believe it is out of ignorance that this occurs. Bldg's D & E have an excellent view across the water to STJ which although always beautiful is particularly mesmerizing a night. If you check out this link and scroll down a little you will see an aerial shot of the Beach and Buildings. The building at the bottom is A and F is out of sight around the top right of the photo. Hope this helps

Hi - if for some reason this unit doesn't work out, we are renting unit E301 at Sapphire Beach beginning April 4th and it looks gorgeous--we rented through vrbo.com, #239824. The owner is Bruce Bambush, nice guy who lives on St. Thomas. It is a 2 story corner unit with a great view of St. John. I don't know the owner or have any interest in it, just got lucky in finding it.

Hi - We've rented this unit for 6 nts. in Dec. Please let me know how you liked it; I've been so excited about the pictures and cornertwo story with decks, etc. But, I just got a private mesaage from a lady on tripadvisor and she was very disappointed with this unit. She said it wasn't clean, bed uncomfortable, with a strong lysol odor that lingered. Also, she said they got tired of climbing the stairs to unit and MBR.

Please respond whan you have a chance - also, can we just walk out to a swimming beach or is it rocky? I didn't enjoy the ocan in Maui since the hotel beach was very rocky and I couldn't swim with the beach shoes on !
Thanks so much.

Maureen
