My friend, an owner at Sapphire, reports that Sapphire Beach Bars are Open!

The restaurants are scheduled to be open in about 2-3 weeks.

I hope the Sunday Beach Parties resume.

Who is the owner of the restaurant? Does he have any experience or reputation from other restaurants he owns or worked.

It sure would be good to have a really good restaurant on that beach.
