Is this a free beach accessible to the general public? Are there shaded areas? Can you rent chairs and/or umbrellas? What is the taxi fare from the cruise port?

Regards . . .

All beaches in St. Thomas are public so yes, you can go to this beach. They do not charge. Can rent chairs there (I think they are $5) And there is shade. Don't know taxi fare.

Chairs yes as mentioned, umbrellas no.... there are trees and also the bar area is all covered you can't lay out in there but you can sit there and have some drinks to take a break from the sun.

Have a great time.

Hi - at Sapphire Beach there is shade but to rent a chair it costs $10.00 if you are a non-guest.
