Sapphire Beach is beautiful. Picture and description can be found in the beach guide under St. Thomas guide on this web site.

Lots of seagrape trees line the beach. Clear blue water. Beach bar and restaurant close by. Restroom close by. Watersports kiosk on the beach with kayaks, windsurfing, snorkel.... snorkeling is good. There is a pool at the far end with a bar and grill. White sand, the waves tend to be mild to calm.

Sapphire Beach is very nice. Stayed at the Elysian Resort which was also nice, but visited Sapphire on a sunday where they had a real band, looked at the beach and surroundings and wanted to stay there instead. I dont think you can go wrong staying at Sapphire.

Dave: One small thing- Sapphire Village is a separate condo complex next door to Sapphire Resort- the units are up on a hill behind the marina. Restaurant Azure is on the property, the best restaurant in the Sapphire area. The beach is only a very short walk, and as described above! Have fun!
