What is the best way and least expensive way to get to Puerto Rico

To get to Puerto Rico from where??? From the states - flying in. And from St. Thomas the same way - airplane. There is a ferry it runs be demand only 2 times a month - not really regular.

If you are asking re. St Thomas and/or St Croix to San Juan, I would say the Seaborne Airlines seaplane. RT is $145. Sometimes they have specials during summer months. Also, the benefit is less time lost at the airport (check-in is only 30-45 mins. before flight) and the seaplane leaves from an easily accessible place in Charlotte Amalie or Fredriksted and arrives by the cruise ship docks in Old San Juan. No airport hassle. But American Airlines does run the occasional $99 RT weekend special.

The Seaplane is into Christiansted, St. Croix. (Unless its changed very very recently)
