Hi:
I am taking 13 people on a full day sail boat/snorkle trip out of St Thomas. I originally booked on New Horizons. My understanding is we we be 13 of as many as 40 people on that boat. I have heard good recommendations about New Horizons but I am wondering if having the boat all for our own group would be better.
I want to investigate other options. Nightwind is a boat I could charter for our group exclusively. Does anyone know about Nightwind's reputation? I would appreciate knowledgable opinions comparing these two - or any other recommendations. Thanks

You should be able to get your own charter with 13 people in my opinion.
Try Breakaway...they will easily take 13 and give you the boat.

The Ritz Carlton has It's own catamaran 40+ feet. Cat's are great with all the deck spacethey offer. Really nice. You might give them a call and find out what a private charter will cost you.

Joe: Nightwind has an excellent reputation, but I believe they have a "6 pack" license- no, not that they give you Greenies, but they can only take 6 people at a time. You might contact them about doing a tandem charter (2 boats), or look for a bigger charter...340-775-4110 or 779-2877.
