I am looking for a 38 to 45 foot sailboat to use in a commercial day sailing business in St. Thomas. I am a licensed Coast Guard Captain with an excellent resume and a successful business background. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this. No project boats.

Hey, Joe. S/Y Dream is for sale. Let me see what I can find on her. She is sweet. A little larger but been on the market for some time and in good condition. Only thing I know she needs for sure is carpet or floor work.
I'll see what I can find out and email you.

A boat? or a boat and daysail business? - a few of the working Red Hook boats have been for sale and with the business license, park permit, mooring location and permit, brochures and websites included - are usually part of the package - makes it a lot more turnkey -- and possible to move aboard and become income producing from day one. If you are looking for a USCG inspected vessel - which is really the answer in a business situation - There are very few that aren't already in service so definitely look at existing businesses if that is the direction you plan on - if it is just a six passenger boat - pick one YOU really love.
We just got back from STJ and the owners of Long Distance, a 40 foot charter Pierson sloop said that its for sale. You would have to look up the boat by name or find a way to contact the owners Rick and Robin Gallup in Coral Bay. I didn't bring the contact info to work with me, sorry
