Hello, going to be in Christensted for a few days. One of us is 50 but very active, the other mid 60's and not active. I saw the st croix safari tour and it even sounded great to me (I'm the more active one). The less active one LOVES gardens and agriculture and plants and just riding around site seeing. I will have a couple days to do any "active" activities I want, so I figured this would be something we could both enjoy. Long story short, if you are NOT that much of a world traveler and have not seen much other than say Hawaii, is it worth it? It sounds about perfect for us traveling as a couple, but are there any downsides and complaints about it? Again, from what I have reasearched it sounds great to me, but found this forum and figured I would check here. Oh, and also, we will probably not be renting a car and would like to see Fredrickstien in the trip, so this sounds like it would cover half the stuff we want to see in just one day! Is this too good to be true??? Any complaints about the Safari Tour??? THANKS!
I think you would enjoy it. I have never done it myself, but seen them around the island and on some of their stops. I would give you a nice overview of the island.
