Do the beach at Maho (STJ) - It is the flatest place you will find.

Anywhere else in that area you will be going uphill both ways....

No real suggestion, but bring water and do it early in the morning.

If you are on St John February 25th, you might want to do the 8 Tuff Miles!

There actually is a loop around the Maho area, although if you are staying at the camp, there is a heck of a hill at the entrance.

Once down the hill from Maho, around the Francis parking area, there's a good pretty flat stretch over to Annaberg. But how about just swimming?
