IT's my favorite restaurant on the island....was just there in November

We were just there the first week of March. I had the best meal yet on St. Thomas. It cost a little more but it was offset because we didn't have to take a taxi since we were staying at Bluebeard's Castle anyway. The view of town at night was great and the staff and service was outstanding. We will be coming back each year.(maybe more than once)

I dined at "Room With a View" twice last week, finishing off a perfect week on the island there Friday night before returning home to the New Orleans area yesterday. I can't say enough about this great little restaurant! The food is fresh and fabulous, creative fresh ingredients coupled with great seasonings and sauces. The muscles and clams in the while wine and butter sauce was more then I could eat, delicious and SO fresh. Delightful garlic bread and the freshest salads on the island in my experience. As a starter my dinner parter had scallopes in a curry cream sauce to die for, really really good! The soups are great, all homemade of course and full of flavor. Didn't have room for dessert but boy did they look good, fresh fruit flambe done and an assortment of freshly made baked goods and custards.

Wonderful staff, very attentive owner, made us feel so welcomed and when I say, "Wow, what a VIEW!!!" I'm not kidding! Don't miss this one!!
