I figured Ronnie might know the answer to this one.
I'm looking for Boundary (Estate) maps for St. Croix and St. John.
I got a great little St. Thomas map at Dockside Bookshop that shows all the Estate boundaries.
When I called them just now to see if they had STX/STJ maps, they laughed and said those maps had come with the store with the owners bought it 20+ years ago. (and no, they didn't know where I could find them).
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

It's Gi-NOR-mous! Will take a long time on dialup, several minutes on broadband.
I hope this helps!
The St. Croix Landmarks Society sells historical estate maps of St. Croix from the Danish era.
Until now, I had forgotten all about the famous 1794 map of St. Croix by Peter Oxholm. I believe it is still used today in boundary disputes! It is that accurate.
It is quite interesting that the Danes sought to impose rectangular estates on an island with such hilly terrain. It only occurred to me today that St. Croix is a lot like San Francisco, with its gridiron streets imposed on steep hills.
