You can't actually drive down to it Sunsi, but if you go thru the entrance that says "Estate" on one pillar and "Harmony" on the other, you'll have to take a couple turns at the Y's (I think it's left at the first one and right at the next two, but that may be wrong, as it's been a while since I've driven down there) and then park at the top and hike about 500 yards thru the bush to get to it...IF the fence is still down...if not, then the boat is your only option...
