I am considering retiring and sailing around the USVI.
Is it lawful to keep and bear arms in USVI?
Also, are there any restrictions on recreational fishing around the USVI? My research seems to indicate that there are no onerous restrictions, like in the BVI.
There are strict gun regulations in VI.

There are also fees associated with registering your vessel in the VI. Check with DPNR/Dept. of Planning and Natural Resources.

Nor does the USVI honor any other states Concealed Carry Permit, regardless of how stringent your states requirements may be.
