Hello All! I have been to STJ before but did not rent a car. We are going Dec 27 - Jan 3. There will be 4 adults and one child. Should we rent on STT or on STJ? Is parking an issue for non STJ rented vehicles? Also who do you recommend on each island?

Thanks!!!
Excited to return!!!8-)

Depends on your airline arrival tIme vs. the car barge schedule.
If you have an evening or very late afternoon arrival, it may preclude renting on STT and being able to catch the last barge @ 7PM (I think)
See ferry schedule above on top of page under search bar. Regular passenger ferries run later.

That goes for an early morning departure. Hertz does not allow their vehicles to go to STJ. Budget and Dependable do. Always check.
If you have a 3-3:30 arrival in STT, it's doable as long as no major flight delays.

Parking in Cruz Bay for any vehicle is always an issue, especially in season.
