I need a rental car and EVERYONE I call doesn't have any? I thought most spring breaks were over? Should I cancel my trip or will I still have fun without a car? I'm staying at the Sapphire Resort and Marina. 04/22-04/29/06. Any suggestions on getting around?
Check with Dependable Car Rental, they might have something. http://www.dependablecar.com/ They have always been very helpful to us even when I messed up our reservations.
Carnival time. Rentals run out every year. Count your blessings that you even got a place to stay for this time. No worries, though. Plenty of taxiis and safaris to get you around! And, just think! You won't have to worry about directions, drinking too much, staying left, the price of our gasoline, finding parking in town or in Red Hook...you'll have a great time!
Budget has a location at Sapphire Beach Resort. Check with the resort and see if they can get you their direct number.
There is also a little private guy, Andre, called EZ Car Rental at 1-800-524-2027 that is located on the east end of the island that may have something. He won't let you take the car over to STJ.
