Well we just found out our tenant is moving our of our rental house so now we have that to deal with so I am not sure how soon we will be able to do anything. :-X We would like to do this sometime though!
RE: The ticker, I just went to www.tickerfactory.com and then chose the background and the slider. It will ask you for the date of departure. 🙂

I hope that they were decent tennants. Having owned various rental properties over the years it's sometimes frightening to go into your property after they leave. I have the best tennants at our place in STT and we talk frequently. They love gardening so everytime that I am in town it's amazing how beautiful that they keep everything. They are basically living my dream for me now, we have a few more years before the 2 youngest finish school before we can finally take the leap to full time island living. Thankfully our property has two small studio units that we rent out weekly so I can go and visit whenever I have the time. Looks like we won't be back until January8-).
