Reasonable is relative. I used to work at Oceana and they do things such as rehearsal dinners. It's an absolutely beautiful location overlooking Hassel Island and Water Island. You can watch the cruise ships leaving at night and the seaplanes coming in to land (do seaplanes "land"?). It's located in Frenchtown in the old Russian consulate. Have a look at the website.

In addition to Oceana, which is great, Old Stone Farmhouse would also be wonderful. There are also a number of intown restaurants including one at BlueBeards Castle that do this. For more info on Stt weddings, try www.theknot.com and search the destination wedding board. Best wishes.

My husband and I chartered the New Horizons sailboat for our son's rehearsal dinner and it was fabulous. We had the sunset sail for 25. You can do it with a minimum of 15. It costs right at $100 a person. I would do it all over again!
