Hi folks,
Forgive me if this posting is inapprpriate for this MB - Admin, please delete it if it is, thanks...
Ok, we've all heard a song on the radio which we really liked...but can't or couldn't find out the musician or band who plays it, right?
Well, that's what's been bothering me the last few days (yes, I have no life whatsoever 🙂
All I can at this point recall is that it's got a Reggae beat, sung by a male...and the lyrics "hook" is "on bended knee". Oh, and it's a newer song-gotta be from this year.
I've looked on Tempo's web-site, and lots of others - no joy.
Anyone really up-to-date on Reggae currently playing on VI radio? Please help!
Much love.
Curtis
There's a reggae "oldie" by Jimmy Riley called "On Bended Knees" - maybe that's it, even though it is not a new tune maybe it's just getting some airplay because it is a fave.
Hi Margy.
Hmmm, I will look him up. What I have been hearing this past week or so could be a re-hashing of his song, done by someone else...
At this point I am seriously considering calling up or e-mailing the two VI FM stations that play the song 🙂
Cheers from STJ
Eric
Eric - try to find it on iTunes to hear a sample or google it to see if it's on an MP3 site where you might be able to hear a sample.
