I am scheduled to be married on St. John next week the 13th at 3:30 PM. I checked the weather forecast today and was saddened to see a 60% chance of rain! When a rainstorm comes through, how long do they generally last? I heard that December was the best time of year for the weather! Please help!
Don't pay too much attention to the weather reports, particularly from the locations like weather channel. They always say a decent chance of rain. Unless you get married in the Sahara desert or at the Artic Circle, there's a chance of rain anywhere. You will be in a beautiful location and if it rains at all (usually rains at night really) , it most likely will be a short splash of rain followed by a glorious rainbow. It will stay warm regardless and probably won't be windy. Your biggest issue really might be your hair so get a hair product that repels moisture if you're prone to bad hair days. Check the underground weather website for a more accurate report and relax. They say rain is a good luck charm. We got married 28 years ago in a cold raw rainstorm that lasted days and we're still married so rain isn't so bad. Love survives rain as will memories and whats important is that you'll marry someone you love in the loveliest place on earth.
