I am also visiting really soon 5/29-6/5 and staying with some friends. I was told it's not hurricane season right now and the weather was around 90 degrees a week ago. I am very excited as well.

We just returned from the Wyndham Sugar Bay yesterday. Working on a detailed report and have over 200 pics. Should post later this week.

The hotel was OK. Didn'tlike the set-up as the resturants and bar are too far from the rooms. The 99 steps were a pain and the shuttle service slow. We enjoyed the food at the buffet and grill. The Manor House was good for breakfast, but didn't care for the dinner choices. Having to make reservations also didn't fit within our plans. It was just easier to go to the buffet.

We felt the service was good and friendly. Say "good morning" or "good evening" to the staff first and they will respond kindly. If not, they will appear to be rude.

It rained in the afternoon four of the six days we were there. Not stormey, just rain.

Spent our honeymoon at the Wyndam Sugar Bay Resort and Spa, Most beautiful place I have ever seen! WE went six years ago in mid July for two weeks and that still wasn't long enough! Right on the beach, three beautiful attached pools. If you have an all inclusive package that is the best way to go. The food is amazing, but you must have a Margarita from the Turtle Rock sports Bar by the pool-nothing better! Do take the tour of Downtown, the port and MBay-gorgeous. The shopping is unbelievable too! Enjoy and have a safe trip!

Hurricane season is from 6-1 to 11-30 each year. Early June has a low probability, but it 'could' happen.
