About 1.5 hours east of you near Princeton and we are same way. Be in STT in a month and can't wait. Had to plow out drive this morn to get to work for EMS. I-80 is closed as are most state routes around us. Supposed to do a transfer from Princeton to Peoria but it may have to wait till tomorrow. No use putting my crew and patient in jeopardy.
Come on, spring. come on STT

I'm sorry you had to come back! We know Joel Vandemore , same profession, he is such a great guy! We may have met on a return flight several years ago? A woman traveling with her teen daughter? We are at Sapphire beach for 4 weeks!!! I can't believe I got my husband to go away for that long!! Do you own a place at Sapphire? We are working with a great owner who has up-dated her condo. So we are really looking forward to just chillin' or limin' !!

Yes, we do own a place at Sapphire. It is simply our favorite place on the planet. We usually spend 3 or 4 weeks whenever we go. I know you'll have a great time.

ok Lolly and Kriskove,
THREE MORE WEEKS TILL ST THOMAS. we can't wait. when I get an ATT phone for the trip, I will PM both of you with the number so you
have it. Of course, you can always contact me on this site as I read it every day and will have access on STT. would love to meet and perhaps watch some Big 10 basketball together, or at least have a game on while we chat away endlessly. LOL

talk to you both soon.

Hi from near Des Moines..... A couple of days ago the temp in my car read -12 and I thought...wow in 3 days (2/11) we'll have a 90 degree swing in temps. My hubby and I are coming to STJ for the first time tomorrow and can't wait. We're only there for a week....but I'm already planning to come down again. (shhh...the hubby doesn't know about that yet. lol)

happy safe travels to you all!

Mary Beth

A group of 6 of us (3 couples) will be in St Thomas 2.18 to 2.21 (wish it could be longer), and we can't wait. We all live in Ky, and we have had lots of snow and cold temps here - the weekend in St Thomas will only tease us, and support my idea to relocate to a warmer climate, at least for a short term. Our husbands do not know where they are going - this is a "mystery trip" designed by the wives - we know they will enjoy themselves. It will probably be hard to get used to "island time", but we will try to adjust!
