*I have rented a Villa on St. Croix for June of 2005.
My weekly food budget on the mainland is about $250.00 per week for 6 people.

1.How much will it cost me to buy groceries for 5 adults and 1 child (age 9) for a 10 day stay??

2. Where is the bast (least expensive) place to buy groceries on St. Croix??

Thanks in Advance
Ernie

On what part of the island is the villa? How far are you willing to drive for groceries?

West end -- Cost-u-less and Plaza Extra are the large stores. Toward the middle there are Pueblo and Plaza Extra. Also Food Town and Schooner Bay Market -- smaller, very good delis. There's not must after Schooner Bay toward the east. There are also plenty of small, convenient-type stores.
