*We have a large group traveling together. Is it possible to secure a private charter/transfer to St. John from St. Thomas. Our group would like to be picked up at the airport and shuttled to a water taxi/ferry rather than doing the public transportation. If there are any companies/services that offer this type of transportation, please let up know a.s.a.p. We have 23 traveling together and lots of luggage!

There is a private water taxi service called Dohm's Water Taxi - its in Red Hook so you would have to get a taxi to Red Hook. When you say public transportation I think buses - you wouldn't take the bus from the airport anyway, you would take a taxi. You can pre-arrange a taxi to pick you up at the airport or you can arrange it once at the airport as there is a taxi stand there. The water taxi number is (340)775-6501 so you can call and find out the cost for round trip for your group.
