Can anyone offer experiences/opinions, good or bad about this rental agency?

PHPV is one of the oldest rental agencies on the island. Lived on island over 30 years. Mary-Phyllis started the business. Now her daughter Mary-Eileen has moved back to the island to help run it. Mary-Eileen brother John takes care of the pools and hot tubs, and other maintenance. This family run business looks out for their renters and are easy to work with.

Hey wait a minute about Private Homes.

My wife and I set up an appointment a year ago to meet us and show us a villa in Cathernberg. We waited two hours by the side of the road and called them twice during that time with no answer. The following day I called again and they said "sorry we forgot!" I would never, ever recommend them to my worse enemy! Better to talk to
