Hey does anyone know where i can rent a private cabana, just looking for a nice private quiet place my girl friend can spend the day away from everything and maybe get a massage. if you know of any private cabanas or oasis please let me know.

I have never seen one on the STT/STJ beaches - this is a fairly helpful forum so I am guessing that is the general reason - no idea.

In another post you mentioned visiting St. Thomas. The only beach/location that comes to mind with private cabana/massage is Ritz Carlton. It isn't a cabana on the beach itself but its up on the cliff above the ocean. Check their website, Ritz Carlton - Spa. There is a photo of the cabana in the slide show.
On the beaches, some have umbrellas and chairs for rent, but no private cabanas. Also the beaches vary in size and in popularity for visitors/cruise passengers/residents so check on that information when looking for quieter beach days.

Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa has cabanas by the pool and by the beach; half day and full day rentals. Call them for pricing and information, here is their website http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/STTSB/main.wnt. They also have a spa so you could look into getting a massage.
