could someone tell me approx how much a small powerboat rental is daily on stt and i would guess a boating license is needed? thanks

Depends on where you go and if you have a captained boat. I have used Nauti Nymph a couple of times, and they usually run $500 a day once you factor in $100 for the captain, and fuel/oil. This was for a trip from STT to The Baths, JVD, Sandy Spit. If you don't have a captain, you can subtract out the $100. Again, depends on the price of gas too. I would highly recommend it though!!
