I know the mechanisms for posting pictures with text have been covered here before but I can't seem to find it. I recently tried using Photobucket with no success, I mean NO success! So, how does one post pictures along with their text?
When all else fails, ask for help! Detailed help please!

Thanks to Bluwater

Putting Photos on your Forum Post:

Put the photos up on a website like Photobucket.com or Flicker.com.

Once your photos are up, select the photo you want to have in your post:

1. Click it once with the right mouse button and a window will open with options on it
2. Click the option for "properties" (it will be the bottom option)
3. The Properties window will then open and in the middle of that window you will see "Addres(URL"…..
4. Highlight and copy the address there
5. go back to the post on the forum and type after the address.
6. That's it! You have to repeat these steps for every photo you want to show.

Thanks much! Now one more question. What about Mac users that don't have the right click button? Is there a way around this?

Is this what you want

you have the two ends correct. between you must right click the picture itself and copy the properties of the picture between the ends.

I will try again as you say.

Why does the pic blink on then off in when I preview it? Maybe it is my popup blocker or something?

Long time reader (and mac user), first time poster.... to get the "path" to a hosted image: hold control (crtl) + click the image and one of the selections is "copy image address" or "copy image location." This will give/copy you the path to use in the [IMG] tag. You will have to paste it out.

PS Heading to STT and STJ December 9th. woot!
