I would like to tie up a small boat somewhere on the North Shore of St Thomas while getting some errands done etc. I was told I'd have to dock at Crown Marina on the South side, but it'd be MUCH easier for me to dock on the north side as that is where the errands I need to run are located. Where can I tie-up a boat on the norh shore? Just a small dock at a restaurant or something will do. PLEASE HELP!

Where are your errands?. There are no docks on the North side. East end maybe.

True, no docks on the North side, but Sapphire Marina and American Yacht Harbor on the East End might work for you. Lots of taxi's there. You can anchor in Hull Bay and swim in, though. And not very far to swim, either. You can probably get within 20 feet of the shore. Almost wading in, really.

There is also the Coast Guard dock in town.
