We are planning a wedding on St Thomas and would love to hear from anyone who has been married there or was a guest at the wedding. We need all the info we can get-wedding is going to be in 2001 and I (mother of the bride)will be going down there on a vacation in March-so would like to know where to start. Thanks Rose

Rosemarie,

My husband and I lived in STT full time until 1999, and we got married there. We used Weddings the Island Way to help us plan our wedding...with 6 days notice. They did a WONDERFUL job in every respect...the cake was delicious (and beautiful), the food was unbelievable, we had a fully stocked bar, and didn't have to lift a finger in setting up for our wedding. We got married at home (since we have an amazing view from our house there). They offer many places to do the ceremony (which they will supply the minister, if you ask), such as Hans Lollick (uninhabited island), various hotels, private villas, etc. If there is still a woman named Jessica there, get her to help you. She planned the most beautiful day for us, and of course, it came off with a "hitch"
Best of luck.
