I'm a cigar nut and was wondering if there are any stores that specialize in cigars? Also are there any cigar friendly restaurants? I was thinking about STT or St John.
Thanks,
Lou
There is a cigar shop at Mongoose Junction on St. John...not sure what it's called, but it's right next to Sun Dog, across from Sea Leathers. A lot of bars and restaurants on St. John are open-air, but I'm not sure if they are cigar friendly (?) Hopefully someone else can answer that part of your question.
How about STX?? Where can you find good cigars there???
Thanks for the response 🙂
There is a cigar/wine bar in Red Hook, STT - - but I'm not sure of the name. It's in the same plaza as Duffy's Love Shack, so you can't miss it. They have a decent wine list, but I can't comment on their humidor (not a cigar smoker)!
I'm curious about St. Croix as well... Dad, hubby, and brother are all fans! 🙂
There's a cigar store in C'sted, a few doors up from Shenanigan's and across from the Purple Papaya.
STT has quite a few cigar outlets. The Captain's Corner store on Main Street carries cigars, as does AH Riise, and a few others.
Near Havensight at the Port of Sale Mall, there's Tobacco Discounters (I think that's the name). They also sell cigars.
I think it's the XO Bistro in Red Hook that has the wine bar. Call them at 340-779-2069.
MS411 - Yep, that's the name of the wine/cigar bar. XO Bistro. Very nice.
StX has two nice places to buy cigars:
Steele's Smokes & Sweets in the Pan Am Pavilion (773-3366) and
Baci Duty Free on the corner of Queen Cross and Strand Streets (773-5040)
They both carry a pretty nice selection of cigars.
