WoW! what beautiful shots. I felt like I was looking through the "Island Magazine" photo contest. I see some winners.

lenamarie - we just returned from five days at Estate Lindholm and it was without a doubt the perfect place for adults/couples.... they do not allow children. Brion and Lauren (owners) and Chris, manager were absolutely amazing - I really can't say enough good things. The "included" morning breakfast was lovely, they were always ready and willing to answer questions and advice on island activities. When it is just my husband and me we will definitely look no further than Estate Lindholm. I am hoping they would add a "family suite" so we could stay there with our children... but I am not complaining as we enjoyed the serenity of the property!

Hi scooby,

Your camera will be just fine. I did take a long zoom lens (70-200 mm), but I only used it for the "up close" floral shots. Almost all of the other pictures were taked with a wide angle zoom (Canon makes a fantastic zoom in this range - the 17-40 f/4 L). And I used a polarizing filter on nearly all of the water shots. Although I do have a larger flash, I don't think I used it on any of the shots in that gallery.

Have a great Christmas and enjoy your new camera!
