*My twin daughters and I are going to be visiting St. Croix in October. Do we all have to have passports? They are only 15, they don't have drivers licenses, so what kind of paperwork do I need to take with us?

Shelly,

We just came back from St. Thomas with my boyfriend's 13 and 14 year old children. The only paperwork needed was official (raised seal) birth certificates. The immigration agent actually felt for the seals, but did not ask for any additional paperwork.

We did research beforehand and the State Department website stated that adults need photo id.
