Hello. Am taking our boy/girl twins, 7 yrs old, to St. Thomas in February. They are pretty fussy when it comes to eating...of course, they love pizza & pasta. Any suggestions as to where we might eat out?
What about things we can do together. We were there last year for a day on a cruise and went to Coki Beach for the day to snorkel. Had lots of fun.
Am looking for suggestions to keep us busy when not hanging by the pool.
Anybody been to the Marriott lately? How is it?
Thanks,
Laurie
For pizza you could try Pizza Amore at the Al Cohen Mall right across from Havensight. Nothing fancy, just your basic pizza joint. Or maybe Pizza Hut in town?
To do together, you could do the ecotour by the mangovre lagoon. It's a kayak and snorkel tour around the lagoon and pretty educational as well. Another option would be Coral world aquarium. Don't know if you were there last time as it is right next to coki beach.
Having just entertained young'uns...I highly recommend Coral World!! Lots of interactive exhibits- touching the baby sharks, feeding the stingrays, etc. The Reef at Night alone is worth the trip!!
Several restaurants seemed to have spaghetti on the youngsters menu. Pizza Amore for pizza, also Pirate's Cove (they have a life size pirate statue that enthralls them) and Sopchoppy's. Our youngsters loved Molly Molone's- there is a little pseudo-stream and iguanas that hang out there. If you are staying at the Marriott, Coco Joe's is fun for all ages.
Other child-friendly places- Magen's Bay and Udder Delight, the playground at Sapphire, the water park at Lindbergh Bay.
