I know its kinda touristy but, my wife and would like to go parasailing and STT seems like a good place to do it. Does anyone know a place that offers it and what the prices are. How safe is it?

Try this site. We never got around to trying them out since our time was filled with snorkeling, day sails, sunning, hiking...

Looks like fun though

Vi water sports advertises a tandem 10 min. ride for $110. Thats seems a bit expensive for 10 minutes. Is this about the normal rate or are there better prices out there?

I think that price is about the norm. We went when we were down in November and it was a highlight of our trip (along with the New Horizons II trip). I think it is definitely worth it and we felt very safe. The crew definitely knew what they were doing.
