I don't have experience wiht this villa. The Palm Villa was VERY briefly reviewed by two other VINOW users last year. Try searching the message boards for Palm Villa and set the date boundary for "any dates". You'll find both.

I like the Gift Hill location as advertised on the Caribbean Villas and Resorts website. This same agent managed the Sundborg villa discussed yesterday on this forum.

The rate seems fair if the condition of the villa is as pictured or better.

The agent is STJ based - though, I am not convinved that this is the huge deal they want to make this out to be - as having empowered and informed island managers can be just as good (IMHO).

Ask the agent for a referral to speak with the last two renters (or the last two who agreed to do referrals).
