We've just returned from a delightful stay in St. Thomas. We had a great time a Magen's Beach and truly enjoyed the "painkiller" drink at the bar there. If anyone has the recipe, please send it to me. I have not been able to duplicate it. I'm sure my friends would like it as much as I did.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Ed...
Here is a web site that has drink recipes.

Pusser's Pain Killer - secret formula
1 oz cream of coconut, 1 oz orange juice, 4 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz Pussers Rum, without ice blend, ske or stir. Pout into big glass filled with ice and grate fresh nutmeg on top.
Enjoy!
Pamela.
This is the recipe I have been using since I got back!
(even made a rubbermaid container full for my step-father for Christmas!)
This makes a ~container~ full!
1 46oz. can of Pineapple Juice
1 10 oz. can of Coco Lopez (coconut creme)
1/2 bottle Midori (I have learned to like this stuff!!)
1/2 bottle Dark CRUZAN Rum (I've been told it has to be DARK)
1 ripe bannana
and of the nutmeg on top!
Enjoy!!
WhenI worked at Magens Point Resort, I used to make Painkillers for our guests at our beach party on Magens, andI made themtyhis way:
Equal parts orange juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut (Coco Lopez is pretty universally found), and dark Cruzan rum. Top with grated nutmeg.
I think I'll have to give Sitter's recipe a try...sounds good with the Midori and bannana!
