I haven't bought one for a few years, but I used to be able to find them in the big touristy shop in Al Cohen Mall, across the street from Havensight. There were also a few stores downtown that had them I wouldn't go to Cardow or other high end jewelers, but some of the stores that have some jewelry as well as t-shirts, and other souvenir type merchandise. Check your purchase, though. One time I bought watches that said "St. Maarten" rather than "St. Thomas" or "US Virgin Islands."
