Hi islanders
Is there an online marketplace or auction for things related to the USVI?

if you mean VI memorabilia Ebay has many items all the time -- if you mean things that would be more house sale related -- not really.
There's VI Traders right here on this site. That is kind of an online marketplace. Were you looking for something in particular?

It was memorabilia that I meant. My thought was, that purhaps there was a special site witch islanders used more often - and a site where items didn't drown in a big ocean of collectibles from all over the world. A site that were more visible for islanders.

But I thought that the VITraders was for people who had their business on the islands.
I'm located in Denmark and sometimes I do have or find things that couldt be of interest to inhabitants who is interested in our mutual heritage and history.
I was looking for at online markedplace to sell these things 🙂
I have a tremendous amount of USVI collectibles and memorabilia...tell me what you are looking for, probably I can help you out! Email: [email protected]
You can sell / advertise those items on Ebay - even from Denmark - there is an International option - many USVI residents would be interested. Just go to the drop down menu and you can zero in on [collectibles Virgin Islands]

Thanks - I'll do that 🙂
Do you have any idea if islanders see or watch eBay?
I was interested in listing things for sale 🙂

A few islanders shop on eBay for VI collectibles. I've purchased a few and donated to museums. I just used the search string US Virgin Islands and pages of merchandise were posted. License plates are very popular. I think postcards are, too. Many of the buyers are frequent visitors or people that either lived here or have some other long-term tie. You're better off listing on eBay, because it gets by far the most traffic.
