We have a one bedroom apartment right above Sapphire Beach for rent. It comes with gas, basic cable and water. You pay electricity. 1250 per month, first last, and one month security. Great views, 5 min walk to Sapphire, Pelican and Lindquist beaches. Pool, laundry, and gated and fenced in yard. Good parking.

holy crap. I was wondering how much rent in st thomas would be, I was guessing much less.

Another thing many would not realize is the cost of electricity. Down there you could easily spend another $300 to $500 a month for electricity for a one bedroom home. Water is also very expensive but I think it was included in this case.
